The exercise inserts consist of a closed-cell PE foam that is sewn into a robust, waterproof polyamide fabric.
 These non ballistic inserts can be used during exercise and training and offer protection against, for example, Simonition (FX bullets), paintball or airsoft balls.
 In conjunction with a Level 4 stand alone plate, this insert offers improved trauma protection and acts as a cushion.
