With this soft ballistics, you can provide additional protection in the area of the hip. When used in a battle belt, commonly known as a Battle Belt, these ballistics protect against projectiles from handguns and submachine guns.

The low weight as well as their flexibility distinguish these ballistic inserts. Soft ballistic inserts are primarily used by the military, or where a Combat Belt is worn. The dimensions of the insert are suitable for the combat belt, and it is simply inserted into the combat belt.

The softballistics are produced directly by Zentauron in Germany.

Ballistics with protection class VPAM 3 Plus

With the protection class VPAM 3 Plus, the insert offers protection against all common threats from handguns and submachine guns, including mounted shots (close range). VPAM is a guideline for testing by the Association of Testing Bodies for Attack Resistant Materials and Constructions.

The ballistic insert is made of a strong, durable and lightweight para-aramid. The protective function and flexibility is obtained by processing several layers of para-aramid, which are quilted. This type of processing lowers the impact energy of bullets from handguns and submachine guns and resists bullet penetration.
