Bundeswehr medical instructors played a key role in the design of the ZFR intervention bag (Zentauron First Responder). This waist pack was developed especially for first aiders. The concept of this bag is that the helper works step by step from the outside to the inside, so that work processes can be carried out quickly and efficiently.
It is intended that disposable gloves are stored in the small zip pocket, in the compartment below rescue scissors and tourniquet as well as injections and tubes in the rubber loops on the front. Everything else you need for primary care can be found in the main compartment. This arrangement enables a structured procedure and makes work on the patient easier.
The intervention bag is designed to be carried with the Smartbelt ZFR without padding or with the Smartbelt ZFR padded as a hip bag or in conjunction with the rescue backpack ZFR as an additional bag on the hip belt. But it can also be attached to almost any other belt, simply open the two Velcro flaps on the back, and the bag e.g. attach to a trouser belt or pipe in the vehicle.
Of course, non-medical items can also be transported in the bag.
