ROC Field Repair Kit for plate carriers and protective vests

The Quick-Release ROC Buckle 40 repair kit is designed to easily and quickly replace defective quick-release buckles. These buckles are sewn into the shoulder straps of the Vulcan III plate carrier, the Vulcan LC Skeletor plate carrier, the Vulcan LC Rubberbund and the THOR Rescue protective vest. A buckle consists of a female part and a male part.

Easy handling

The defective parts of the buckle should be carefully removed from the loop of the shoulder strap and the plate carrier with the help of a side cutter or a pair of pliers. A puller (= zipper pull) is attached in the hole of the female part next to the printed arrow symbol.  The new female part is threaded into the loop of the shoulder strap without additional tools. The new male part is then threaded into the loop of the plate carrier or the protective vest. This completes the repair of the shoulder carrier.
