BW folding spade safely stowed away - robust MOLLE folding spade pouch made of CORDURA® 1100D

The folding spade pouch from Zentauron is a compact, robust carrier for the BW folding spade and many similar folding spades or e-tools when folded. It was developed for professional use in a military environment and for demanding outdoor activities.

The folding spade is carried close to the body, quietly and ready to hand at all times - whether on combat duty, on exercise, on the march, in the field camp or as part of the Bundeswehr's personal equipment.

Foldable spade bag for use and outdoor tours

The folding spade pouch (MOLLE) was designed for tough everyday use on duty and in the field. It securely holds the BW folding spade or a similar e-tool, protects against dirt and damage and keeps the equipment ready for use at all times.

Thanks to the close, stable fit, the bag does not get in the way when walking or working in the field. This makes it suitable for both soldiers and users who are looking for a reliable, military-proven solution for their outdoor and survival equipment.

Secure fit and rattle-free transportation

The inside of the bag is designed so that the folding spade can be carried securely and without rattling. The front flap completely encloses the spade so that metal parts do not knock against each other.

This reduces noise when moving and increases carrying comfort. At the same time, the contents are reliably protected from dust, mud and other environmental influences - a plus in durability for the equipment.

Access and operation in use

The hinged flap bag is closed using a sturdy two-point plastic buckle. This is easy to grip and operate, even when wearing gloves, so that the folding spade is quickly to hand when needed - for example when setting up cover, digging small positions or working in a bivouac.

A water drainage eyelet is integrated into the base. It reliably drains off any water that has penetrated after rain, snow or water passages. This prevents waterlogging and significantly reduces the risk of corrosion for the folding spade.

MOLLE attachment and modular extension

There are three vertical MOLLE straps on the back of the bag. They are firmly woven into PALS loops and ensure a stable, twist-proof fit on plate carriers, combat vests, rucksacks or belt packs.

The hinged flap pouch integrates seamlessly into modular MOLLE systems and can be optimally attached to the battle belt or rucksack to complete a mission-oriented, complete loadout.

Material, dimensions and colors

The flap pouch is made of durable CORDURA® 1100D. This fabric is known for its high abrasion resistance and long service life and has proven itself in the military sector for years. In addition, the material is IRR-/NIR-equipped to reduce the signature in the infrared range and blend in better with the overall appearance of military equipment.

There are two variants to choose from:

• CORDURA® 1100D in stone gray olive Weight: approx. 155 g
• Rubberized CORDURA® 1100D in Flecktarn 190 g

Compatibility with folding spades and e-tools

The pack size should be checked before use with folding spades from other manufacturers. Attachment is via the three MOLLE straps
to all common MOLLE/PALS platforms such as plate carriers, protective vests, daypacks or Molle harnesses. This means that the folding flap pouch
can be easily integrated into existing equipment.
