This battle belt was developed to offer both functionality and comfort. With its modular design, it allows flexible adaptation to different deployment scenarios. The belt is supplied with NON-ballistic inserts as standard, which provide comfortable padding. If required, these pads can be replaced with NIJ LvL IIIA or VPAM 3 soft ballistic inserts to further improve protection and deployability.

Versatility through MOLLE loops and subload opening

The Battle Belt is equipped with numerous MOLLE loops that allow flexible attachment of additional equipment. There are 6x3 MOLLE loops on the sides, while the back flap is equipped with four (S), five (M) or six (L) MOLLE loops, depending on the size of the belt. This configuration allows important equipment such as pouches, magazines or radios to be securely fastened and kept within easy reach at all times. In addition, the belt has a special opening that allows the integration of a subload or leg holster. This allows the equipment to be individually adapted and optimally organized.

Integration with the Vulcan III plate carrier

A key feature of this battle belt is the Velcro compartment in the middle, which was specially developed for use with the Vulcan III plate carrier. This integration allows part of the weight of the plate carrier to be transferred to the belt, which optimizes load distribution and increases carrying comfort. The channel underneath allows an inner belt or a belt belt with a width of up to 6 cm to be used, which improves the stability of the belt and prevents it from slipping. This design helps to relieve pressure on the back and support the wearer during longer operations.

High-quality materials according to military standards

The Battle Belt is made of robust Cordura® material, which is processed both inside and out. The materials used meet the strict requirements of military standards and are known for their durability and resistance. In particular, they meet the requirements for infrared reflection (IRR/NIR), which reduces visibility in the field and protects the wearer from detection. In addition, all components used, such as fabric, webbing and plastic parts, are designed for high durability and resistance.
